如何用 AI 生成训练封面、片头、片尾和休息片段
Fit AI 围绕你的内容来制作画面：标题直接取自你的训练，参考帧取自你自己的动作片段，所以封面上的人就是你。
视频这一侧用同样的参考图生成六种电影感片段：标题卡上带训练名称的 6 秒片头、最后一个动作之后的片尾、8 秒休息循环、10 秒社交媒体预告、有趣的 Wild 片段，以及由你自己撰写提示词、再由“增强”打磨成电影感脚本的 Freestyle。
每个片段都放进设计面板的对应位置——片头、结尾或休息——你也可以上传自己不超过 20 秒的片段。此后它会出现在每次导出和每次录制中。

- 2:05Enhance rewrites it into a cinematic brief, and you pick the length: six, eight or ten seconds.
- 2:14Back in Creator, the Design panel has a slot for each one: Opener, Ending and Rest break.
- 2:22Switch it to Video clip and pick an AI clip, or upload your own, up to twenty seconds.
- 2:38From then on they play in every export and every recording.
- 2:43Credits follow the length: ten for a six-second clip, seventeen for ten seconds.
