How to generate thumbnails and AI video clips with FIT AI
Open Fit AI from the top bar. Import pulls the title and duration from your workout; add a reference image by capturing a frame from one of your exercise clips or uploading a photo, pick a design style and an image style and click Generate. One credit per image, and it lands in your gallery ready to download. Switch to Video for an Opener, Outro, Rest break, Teaser, Wild or Freestyle clip generated from up to five reference images; a six-second clip costs 10 credits, ten seconds 17. Starter includes 30 credits a month, Pro 100, Ultimate 300, and top-ups never expire.

Thumbnails
Import the workout, add a frame or photo, choose styles, Generate. 1 credit each. Download from the gallery for YouTube and Instagram.

Openers and outros
Pick a template, add reference images, choose your workout so its name and length go on the title card, add a closing line or Say nothing, pick 9:16 or 16:9 and Generate. About a minute later it is in the gallery.

Rest break, Teaser, Wild, Freestyle
Rest break is an eight-second loop behind every rest; Teaser turns a few frames into a ten-second social clip; Wild is pure fun; Freestyle is your own one-scene idea in any language, which Enhance rewrites into a cinematic brief.

Use the clips
Use as opener puts a clip in front of every export. In the Creator Design panel, the Opener, Ending and Rest break slots take any AI clip or your own upload up to 20 seconds.
Credits
Monthly credits renew with your plan: 30 on Starter, 100 on Pro, 300 on Ultimate. Top-up packs are 50 credits for $9.99, 150 for $24.99 and 350 for $49.99; top-up credits never expire and are spent after the monthly ones.
Common questions
- Do AI clips use my face?
- The clips are generated from the reference images you provide, so the trainer in them is you if you add your own frames.
- Can I use the clips outside Fit Cut Pro?
- Yes. Download them from the gallery and use them anywhere.
