How to Make Your First Workout Video
This is the whole process, end to end. You upload a handful of exercise clips, build a workout out of them, choose how the timers and branding look, and export a finished MP4 — no timeline, no keyframes, no editing experience.
The order matters. Clips go in first, because once they are in your library the exercise-name field autocompletes against them and the preview comes alive the moment you pick one. Build the plan first and every exercise sits there marked as missing a clip.
