How to Build Your Exercise Clip Library
Your clip library is the thing that makes every later video fast. Film a batch of movements once, cut them into named clips, and every workout you build afterwards assembles itself from that library.
You do not need one file per exercise. Upload a single long recording and cut the exercises out of it in the trim editor, naming each one as you go.
