Short answer
IntervalCam is an interval-timer camera app: it shows a timer while you film or stream from your phone. Fit Cut Pro covers the whole workflow: a timer overlay inside Zoom with exercise names and next-exercise previews, a recorder with the overlay on camera, an exercise clip library, an AI Editor for recordings, and MP4 export with music and branding. Plans from $49.99 per month with a 14-day free trial.

Frequently asked questions
- What does IntervalCam do that Fit Cut Pro does not?
- It runs entirely on a phone as a camera app. Fit Cut Pro is a web app for the desktop browser plus a Zoom app; it is built around producing and streaming full workout videos rather than pointing a phone.
- Can Fit Cut Pro show exercise names, not just a timer?
- Yes. Every set shows the exercise name, the countdown, a progress bar and, in the last seconds of a rest, a preview of the next exercise, live in Zoom or in the exported video.
- Does Fit Cut Pro record the class?
- Yes. The Recorder films you with the overlay already on camera and the MP4 is ready when you stop; the AI Editor can also add timers to a recording you made with any camera.
- What do participants need to install for Zoom?
- Nothing. You install the Fit Cut Pro Zoom app; they see the overlay on your normal camera feed.
- How much does Fit Cut Pro cost?
- Starter $49.99, Pro $99.99 and Ultimate $199.99 per month, each including the Zoom app, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card.
