How to Show an Easier Exercise Variation
Not every client can do the movement as filmed. Link an easier clip to an exercise and it plays picture-in-picture while the set runs, so a single video works for a mixed-ability group.
It is a two-minute job in the Clips library and it applies everywhere the exercise is used — recorded workouts and live Zoom sessions alike.

- 0:00Some clients need a lighter option. Here's how to show one on screen.
- 0:06In Clips, open the menu on the exercise, and choose Link Easier Variation.
- 0:13Pick the easier clip — done, they're linked.
- 0:23Back in Creator, press play. While the set runs, the easier clip plays picture-in-picture.
- 0:33Want a different word than Easier? Change the label under Design.
- 0:39One workout, two levels.
