How to Record a Workout Video With a Live Timer
The Recorder films you with the workout already running on top of the picture. The countdown, the current exercise and the next one are composited live, so when you press Finish there is nothing left to edit.
It starts from a workout you saved in the Creator, which is what tells it the intervals to run. Everything happens in the browser — no capture software, no render queue.
