How to add music to a workout video
Open Music from the top bar and click Browse files to load a video from your computer, such as the workout you just exported. Choose a category in the library (Intense, Relaxed, Rhythm or Hip Hop), click a track and it drops into the blue music lane under the video. Drag the blue handles to trim it or shift where it starts, press play to hear the mix, keep the music under your voice with the volume sliders and click Export. The mix renders on the server and the MP4 lands in your downloads. Every library track is licensed for commercial use, so YouTube and Instagram do not claim the video.

Step by step
- 1
Load the video
Any MP4: a Creator export, a Recorder file or an Editor export.
- 2
Pick a track
Browse by category and preview before adding. Your own files go under My Music.
- 3
Trim and place
Blue handles set the start and end of the music on the timeline; the video stays anchored at zero.
- 4
Balance and export
Keep the coach audible: music a few notches below voice. Export renders the mix and downloads it.
Common questions
- Can I use my own music?
- Yes, under My Music. You are responsible for the rights to tracks you upload; the library tracks are cleared for you.
- Does adding music count as a workout video?
- A music mix of a video you already exported is part of that video, not a second one.
- Can I add music before exporting?
- Music is a separate step so that you can try different tracks on the same export without rendering the workout again.
