How to export a workout video
With the workout saved, open Design, pick a theme colour and timer style, choose 16:9 for YouTube or 9:16 for Instagram and TikTok, set the quality, then click Export. The video renders on Fit Cut Pro servers, usually in a couple of minutes, and downloads automatically as an MP4; keep the tab open until the download starts. Each export counts as one of the workout videos in your plan: 10 per month on Starter, 40 on Pro, 100 on Ultimate.

Common questions
- How long does an export take?
- Usually a couple of minutes for a 20 to 30-minute workout; 4K takes longer than 1080p.
- Can I export the same workout in both orientations?
- Yes. Change the aspect ratio in Design and export again; each export counts as one video.
- Where is my video?
- In your browser downloads and under Exported in the app. Exports are yours to keep and publish anywhere.
- Why does my export show the Fit Cut Pro logo?
- Trial exports carry the Fit Cut Pro logo. On a paid plan your own logo replaces it.
