How to record a workout video with the timer on screen
The Recorder films you with the workout timer, exercise name, next-exercise preview and your logo already on the video, so the file is finished the moment you stop. Build and save a workout in the Creator first, open Recorder, allow camera and microphone access, check the camera, microphone level and quality in the bar below the preview, adjust the look under Design and press Record. A countdown gives you time to get in position; press Finish when you are done and the recording appears under Recorded to play, download or delete.

Step by step
- 1
Save a workout first
The Recorder runs your selected Creator workout: its exercises, sets and rest times drive the overlay.
- 2
Allow camera and microphone
The browser asks once. A headset microphone kills room echo; a phone used as a webcam beats most built-in cameras.
- 3
Check the bar
Camera, microphone level and recording quality. Pick 1080p unless you need 4K; 4K files are several gigabytes for a long session.
- 4
Design
Intro time, beeps and how large the next-exercise preview appears, plus the usual colours, style and logo.
- 5
Record, train, Finish
The timer and the next exercise stay on screen while you train. Finish saves the recording; longer recordings back up to the cloud automatically.
Common questions
- Why is my recording silent?
- Check that the right microphone is selected in the bar and that the level meter moves when you speak. Safari users should update to the current version.
- Can I add music afterwards?
- Yes. Load the recording in the Music editor and mix a licensed track under your voice.
