How to change or cancel your subscription
Fit Cut Pro subscriptions bought on the web bill through PayPal. To cancel, open your PayPal account, go to Settings, Payments, Automatic payments, choose Fit Cut Pro and cancel; your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and your clips, workouts and exports remain in the account. To change plans, cancel the old subscription in PayPal and subscribe to the new plan from the pricing page inside the app. Subscriptions bought in the Android app are managed under Subscriptions in Google Play.

Step by step
- 1
Cancel on the web (PayPal)
PayPal, Settings, Payments, Automatic payments, Fit Cut Pro, Cancel. You keep access until the paid period ends.
- 2
Change plan
Cancel the current subscription in PayPal first, then open Pricing in the app and subscribe to the new plan. Two active subscriptions would both bill.
- 3
Come back later
If you cancelled but the period has not ended, the app shows a Resubscribe button that starts the new subscription on the day the old one runs out, so you never pay twice for the same days.

Common questions
- Is there a refund?
- Every plan has a 30-day money-back guarantee; contact support within 30 days of a payment.
- I paid but the app says my membership expired
- Sign out and in again; if it persists, email support with the PayPal transaction ID and it is matched to your account the same day.
- Do I lose my videos when I cancel?
- No. Exported MP4s were downloaded to your computer, and your account keeps its clips and workouts.
