How to delete your Fit Cut Pro account

In the mobile app, tap the account icon in the top-right corner, tap Delete account at the bottom of the menu, read what will be removed and confirm. Your data is removed within minutes and you are signed out. On the web, send an email from the account’s address to support@fitcutpro.com with the subject Delete my account; the request is verified and completed within 30 days, usually much sooner. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone, so cancel any active subscription in PayPal or Google Play first and download the exports you want to keep.

What is deleted?
Your sign-in (email, name, Google or Apple link); every video you uploaded and every project, exercise clip, export and thumbnail made from it; your design settings, logo, music, AI clips and images; your usage history and your email on the mailing list.
Does deleting the account cancel my subscription?
No. Cancel it in PayPal or Google Play first, otherwise it keeps billing.
