How to build workout videos from Claude

In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors, find Fit Cut Pro and click Connect; sign in with your Fit Cut Pro login and approve the permissions. In a chat, switch the connector on and describe the session you want. Claude searches your exercise clips, builds the workout plan in your account, sets the design and starts a render; you get an MP4 download link in the chat and the video is saved under Exported. It needs a Fit Cut Pro account with clips uploaded and an active trial or plan; each render counts as one workout video.

Your workouts, clip and music names and thumbnails, plan usage and design defaults. Never your password, payment details or clients.
How do I disconnect?
